How does the reverse osmosis system work?

There is no other procedure more effective as this accredited and proven technology. The tap water is pressed trough a half permeable membrane. The water molecule is much smaller than the molecule of any possible pollutant. So only the water molecule is able to pass the membrane.

The result is water of highest purity! Pure drinking water is important for your health!

Does the RO-System also filter minerals out of the tap water?

Yes, the RO-System filters all solids out of the water, therefore also minerals. For example, if you want to admit to you body the same amount of minerals like you have with one banana, you would have to drink at least 25 liters of mineral water

How much waste water the RO-System produces for 1 liter pure water?

Waste water is used to clean the membrane. Our system is equipped with a flow restrictor which causes a result of approximate 1 to 4 (one liter reverse osmosis water 4 liters sewage).
