Seasoning "Mulled wine"(Vinho quente)
Ingredients
zest of orange and lemon, flowers of orange, rose and cinnamon;
star anise,rose hips, long pepper, cloves, cardamom, lemon gras,
allspice, cinnamon

Culinary use
1/2 l water or orange juice, 1/2 l red wine, 1 teaspoon of seasoning
"Mulled wine", 3 spoons (soup) of sugar,
mulling for 10 minutes, then filter. Cheers!
