Culinary uses
Halite salt is the most pure Himalayan salt.
Because of this the Halit salt goes without any residue it is
highly suitable for making a brine. This brine you can use in a easy way for
cooking and spicing.
Tip: For making a brine you need a glass with cover (no metal)
Fill any amount of Halit and than add water. The Halti salt solves only until
the water has 26% of it. If needed you can add water or Halite salt.
